Who and what is Zofone?

Zofone means nothing, or better, doesn't wanna be nothing of special. It has to be readed like an italian word, zo-fo-ne. It's only a composition of few letter, maded when i was younger before start to make graffiti around my town.

I ever like computer and technology  since i was younger, due to my possibility to have a computer in my home. I'm going to finish my university and my last work was 8 months in Amsterdam at Universiteit Von Amsterdam for a master thesis research in "Openness and Embeddedness in Italian District" and I'm (finger crossed) publishing a paper about it.

I did a lot of different sports since I was a child. At the age of 3 I start to go skate with roller and did my fist competition with other child of 5 years. After that I did swim, basketball for 7 years, 2 years of karate, 2 years of volleyball but through the years I start to understand that my only way is to be up 4 wheels for lifetime.

In 2000 I meet Roberto Marasca and followed him in the gravity sports world with the streetluge. During the years we moved all over the Italy for some competition and in 2007 we decided to make a downhill association in my town named Team Flat with the idea to push the sport in Italy and let the people know that this is a very wonderful world. Now it's two years that I'm pushing my limits with downhill skateboard and I wanna continue to have adrenaline as painkiller and as the right way to be free.

In 2004 I started to grow a passion for goa trance music with my best friend Andrea Gherardi going to first trance festival in Italy Sonica 2005 and after at Boom Festival in 2006. I played in a lot of parties in Bologna and near Jesi my home town. In 2008 we made a huge openair party "Total Psychedelic Culture" in my country with artist like Plasmoon from Magma Records and we decided to made a party family crew named "Lightspheres". Now I'm improving my possibilities for make electronic music using Logic as a software and some midi controllers for physical developing of sound.

I love nature, open space and open mind people for talk about everything that surround us in the life above this weird pseudo-real world...
